Focus is an ability resource consumed when casting healing abilities, used by all three healing classes, Esper, Medic, and Spellslinger. It is in addition to the normal class resources.

Although DPS spec'd Espers, Medics, and Spellslingers also have Focus, they do not consume it unless using healing abilities.
